The production of this bread takes 24 hours. During the fermentation process, the bread dough acquires a strong, authentic taste and smell that ordinary Ciabattos do not have. It stays fresh longer and its taste does not change. Even the next day you will eat the same delicious bread as it was yesterday and if you want warm bread, just preheat it in the oven for a few minutes.
